A Snip for Free

People welcome the New Year with different rituals and traditions. For some, it’s as simple as getting a haircut.  They  say it symbolizes shedding off old energies to give them a robust start for the year.

So, with scissors in hand, two barbers in Pasay City and a hair stylist in Makati, began snipping and trimming the hair of some lucky, poor urban dwellers–-for free.
